Pregnancy and Postpartum Programs

POSTPARTUM RECOVERY PROGRAM

If you are six weeks postpartum or beyond and wanting to get back into an exercise routine but unsure where to start, this program is for you! This is a four to twelve week program which includes the following:

1-hour Initial Assessment 

Guided Goal Setting

A personalized exercise program designed specifically to reach your goals. (4-12 weeks) 

Weekly Progress Meetings

CESAREAN RECOVERY

A cesarean or c-section is a major abdominal surgery. Proper rehabilitation can help to reduce pain, improve mobility, regain core strength, and improve the overall physical and mental health during early and postpartum. This program may be started as soon as the day of your c-section.

My name is Dr. Macy Basterrechea. I am a wife, mother, and physical therapist who has a passion for helping mothers optimize their health and experience during pregnancy and postpartum. I strongly believe that every mother should be provided with a personalized rehabilitation program during pregnancy and postpartum to help them feel prepared, supported, and strong.
